I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and have been working in technology for 3 years, with practical experience in integrating tax systems with ERPs such as SAP, ORACLE, INFOR LN CLOUD, and JDE. I started my career as an intern at GESIF, where I was quickly promoted to senior technical consultant due to my dedication and consistent results.

Currently, I technically lead implementation, migration, and update projects for Synchro's tax systems, communicating with global teams in English and ensuring deliveries aligned with client needs. I handle pressure well, solving problems efficiently in critical and high-responsibility scenarios.

My professional journey began at GESIF, a company for which I have deep gratitude. Even without any prior experience, they believed in my potential and gave me the opportunity to start as an intern. With support, trust, and space to develop, I was able to evolve quickly, being promoted to Junior Technical Consultant in 6 months, and just 8 months later, to Mid Technical Consultant. Now, 11 months later, I was promoted to Senior Technical Consultant, recognizing my continued growth and contributions to the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical lead in implementation, migration, and upgrade projects of tax solutions in on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Technical integration with large-scale ERPs such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, ORACLE R12 and CLOUD, INFOR LN and INFOR LX, and JDE, using different communication technologies.
  • Configuration, update, and customization of Oracle database, with direct involvement in PL/SQL and SQL scripts for integration adjustments, tables, and tax treatments.
  • Work with Linux infrastructure, including installation, parameterization, and support for tax applications in these environments.
  • Configuration of stable integrations via XML, API, RFC, JDBC, and CTL files, ensuring compatibility between tax systems and ERPs.
  • Technical lead for the implementation of the Atlassian ecosystem, including JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence, optimizing internal management and customer service.
  • Technical support and advanced-level customer service in production, focusing on incident resolution, log analysis, and efficient technical problem-solving.

Automotive Industry – Migration • Cloud • SAP S/4HANA Integration

I worked on the migration of tax integration to the Synchro Cloud platform during the transition to SAP S/4HANA ERP for a leading automotive manufacturer. I was responsible for technical analysis, reconfiguration of tax integration flows, and execution of validation tests. The project involved ensuring total compatibility with new layouts and integrations. The delivery was successful, maintaining the continuity of tax operations.

Food Industry – Implementation • On-Premises • SAP ECC Integration

I implemented the Synchro4me solution in an on-premises environment with SAP ECC for a global leader in the food industry, within a highly restrictive environment hosted on AWS. The project required working under strong pressure, with various security and compliance restrictions. Communication was conducted in English with the global team, requiring technical clarity and precision at each stage. The installation and validation of systems were completed successfully, despite strict infrastructure requirements.

Sports Industry – Implementation • On-Premises • Integration with Proprietary System

I participated in the implementation of Synchro Falcon for B2B NF-e issuance for a global leader in sports equipment and apparel, integrating with the legacy system, allowing it to communicate with the tax system. The project was conducted with daily communication in English with the global team, meeting strict schedules and critical deliveries related to the company's billing. I faced and overcame technical challenges in integration and validation of tax flows, ensuring stability and compliance of the environment.

Marine Industry – Migration • Cloud • SAP HANA Integration

I worked on the migration of the tax solution to a cloud environment for a global leader in marine technology, integrating with SAP HANA. I performed data adaptation, environment configuration, and complete validation of communication between systems. The project required technical expertise in cloud solutions and SAP integration, as well as the ability to adjust tax flows according to the new environment standards.

Logistics Industry – Upgrade • On-Premises • Integration with Proprietary System

I performed the upgrade of the Synchro4me solution in the on-premises environment for a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, ensuring the continuity of tax operations and NFSe issuance for various municipalities. The project involved compatibility analysis, technical testing, and support during version transition. The main challenge was to perform the update without impacting tax operations, which was overcome with planning and precise validations.

Manufacturing Industry – Implementation • On-Premises • SAP HANA Integration

I participated in the implementation of the Synchro4me tax solution integrated with SAP HANA for a leading manufacturer of power tools and outdoor equipment, working on environment configuration, technical validation of integration, and test execution. The project required high attention to technical details and effective communication with the client's internal team to align requirements and ensure a stable delivery in the production environment.

Energy Industry – Implementation • On-Premises • SAP ECC Integration

I implemented the tax solution integrating SAP ECC with the Synchro platform for a leading energy company. I was responsible for technical environment preparation, configuration of tax flows via XML, and data validation. The main challenge was handling the large volume of data in an industrial environment, requiring organization and well-structured tests to ensure integrity and compliance.

Bioenergy Industry – Implementation • Cloud • SAP S/4HANA Integration via API

I worked on the implementation of the tax solution integrated with SAP S/4HANA using REST API for a leading bioenergy company. I was responsible for environment creation, data mapping, integration testing, and technical adjustments of flows. The challenge involved ensuring secure and stable traffic between systems and adapting data to the new tax model. The delivery was successful, with excellent performance and reliability.

Pharmaceutical Industry – Implementation • On-Premises • SAP ECC Integration via RFC

I implemented the integration between SAP S/4HANA and the NF-e issuer via RFC for a leading pharmaceutical company, using Java service for XML generation and transmission. I worked on communication testing, tax event handling, and technical validation. The main challenge was ensuring stability in real-time document generation, overcome with monitoring and fine-tuning of the environment.

Responsible for installing the Synchro4me solution in the on-premises environment for a leading retail company, integrating with the legacy system. I performed environment preparation, application implementation, and communication testing.
