June/2022 - PresentMy professional journey began at GESIF, a company for which I have deep gratitude. Even without any prior experience, they believed in my potential and gave me the opportunity to start as an intern. With support, trust, and space to develop, I was able to evolve quickly, being promoted to Junior Technical Consultant in 6 months, and just 8 months later, to Mid Technical Consultant. Now, 11 months later, I was promoted to Senior Technical Consultant, recognizing my continued growth and contributions to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical lead in implementation, migration, and upgrade projects of tax solutions in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Technical integration with large-scale ERPs such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, ORACLE R12 and CLOUD, INFOR LN and INFOR LX, and JDE, using different communication technologies.
- Configuration, update, and customization of Oracle database, with direct involvement in PL/SQL and SQL scripts for integration adjustments, tables, and tax treatments.
- Work with Linux infrastructure, including installation, parameterization, and support for tax applications in these environments.
- Configuration of stable integrations via XML, API, RFC, JDBC, and CTL files, ensuring compatibility between tax systems and ERPs.
- Technical lead for the implementation of the Atlassian ecosystem, including JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence, optimizing internal management and customer service.
- Technical support and advanced-level customer service in production, focusing on incident resolution, log analysis, and efficient technical problem-solving.

- Quickly promotion from intern to Senior Technical Consultant In less than 3 years, demonstrating ability to learn quickly, deliver quality, and take on responsibilities.
- Participation in challenging projects with market-leading companies, directly contributing to critical integrations, operating in environments with high technical requirements.
- Active communication in English with global teams, ensuring precise technical understanding, collaborative problem-solving, and deliveries aligned with international expectations.
- Responsible for deliveries in high-pressure environments, where the continuity of tax processes and meeting deadlines directly depended on technical support and execution.
- Recognition from clients and leadership for collaborative attitude, commitment, technical expertise, and ability to maintain stable operations even under pressure.
This experience was essential for my professional development. GESIF not only taught me about technology and business but also showed me the value of trust, commitment, and responsibility. I am grateful for every challenge faced and for all the learning I have acquired in this journey.
